Choui Fong Tea



1. Jinxuan Oolong Tea – Oolong No.12
A key tea product of Choui Fong Tea. Originated from Ari mountain, Taiwan, lightly fermented by 20 %. One of the highland oolong teas and newly improved breed from the existing highland teas. Sweet tender taste and deep fragrance is prominent quality of this tea, tea liquor after brewing is yellowish golden color. After-sipping taste is much fresher and kept its flavor in the mouth much longer so is preferred by many tea lovers for the flavor.
2. Ruanzhi Oolong Tea
The next generation supreme quality Oolong tea from Choui Fong Tea. Same Ari mountain, Taiwan origin as Jinxuan Oolong Tea so it is often called Ari mountain highland Oolong tea. As its name explains - very soft leaves and twigs, clean taste and softness with wonderful fragrance are the reason to be the best of the best. Fermented by 20% same as Jinxuan Oolong tea, yellowish golden tea liquor color. Tea trees need care & attention just like baby care, and its bringing up is so picky, they require much professional care from fully trained tea makers to accomplish perfect Ruanzhi Oolong Tea.
3. Guihwa Oolong Tea
Mixing Osmanthus flowers with Jinxuan Oolong Tea makes so sweet scent Oolong tea. In China, it was called “infinite scent oolong tea” for its scent spreads away endlessly, but the tea mixed together with Osmanthus was not Jinxuan oolong tea, there is big difference between Choui Fong Tea and “infinite scent oolong tea”. Women prefer this tea, soothing and relaxed feeling after drinking is characteristic
4. Jasmine Green Tea
One of leading Chinese scented teas, most tea lovers choose this as a mixture of the healthy green tea and the aroma of Jasmine. This product is made from high quality green tea and fresh Jasmine petals only. If done wrong or low quality Jasmine tee, you would taste unpleasant rough flavor but Choui Fong Jasmine tea is of the high end of gourmet tea with smooth fragrance and captivating taste.
5. Asam green Tea
     
As one of Assam green tea, 100% organic green tea which was certified from international organic associations which is Bioagricert of Italy and USDA. Thanks to perfect climate of Choui Fong Tea farms with rich soil, they grow wild in nature. Tea leaf rather wider and larger compared to small leaf but neither astringent taste nor bitter taste, not like most of large leaf green tea, so they give out very mild and sweet smell as the wild nature. After brewing it appears light yellow, they are done by parched method from experienced Choui Fong Tea.
6. Oolong Green Tea
It is very lightly oxidized tea somewhere between green tea and what is usually considered oolong tea, though often classified with the latter due to its lack of the sharper green tea flavours. At its best, Oolong Green Tea gives off a floral and melon fragrance and has a rich, mild taste. Oolong Green Tea has been shown to have antioxidant activity and anti mutagenic properties. Catechins are important antioxidants in tea, and one study found Oolong Green Tea to have over three times the amount of these compounds relative to black tea, although it was found to have less than green or oolong teas.
7. Black Tea
Tastes thick and robust. Tea connoisseurs appreciate Black tea as a beverage with various purifying qualities. Black tea blends easily with other flavors to create a rich and exquisite taste. Regular consumption of Black tea can reduce risk of stroke.
8. Tea Powder
Green tea powder is made from the whole leaf of the Camellia sinensis plant. Often it will include the veins and stems of the leaf. It is milled from the leaf to make a powder.
This powder can be used for making mixes for baking, cooking and even soaps and candles as well as drinks. It is also used in some cosmetics. Matcha is very much a delicacy and a high quality green tea, which means it tends to be quite expensive.
